11. The practical case for diversity:

There’s an ethical case for diversity but what’s the practical case? Does a diverse team make better decisions? How important are role models? How can the leader of the organisation harvest diversity and turn it into something dynamic and active? This workshop explores the importance of the message and the practice. How do you articulate the arguments with clarity and confidence? How do you create a coherent strategy and turn it into practice? This workshop covers: the principal’s equality tool-kit, articulating the vision, steps in the strategy.
